CHORIZO sunt carnatii din bucataria spaniola, afumati, cu tocatura mare, facuti din carne de porc si condimentati cu usturoi, verdeturi, boia si alte condimente.
Chorizo exista in multe varietati regionale si se mananca aproape cruzi ( putin afumati ), la gratar sau in tocane.
