Gruyère - ( branza )

Gruyère - Branza elvetiana galbena, uniforma, cu gauri mici si cu aroma de nuca. Este o branza excelenta pentru gatit si se foloseste cel mai des la prepararea sosurilor, la tarte si fondue, deoarece se topeste usor si uniform.
