Tort de piscoturi cu branza de vaci

Pentru 1 tort de piscoturi cu branza de vaci, aproximativ 4 portii, avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente :
  • 200 grame piscoturi
  • 200 grame branza de vaci
  • 2 oua
  • 100 grame zahar pudra
  • 1 pliculet de gelatina
  • 30 grame bomboane decorative
Timp de preparare : 30 minute
Timp de gatit : 0 minute
MOD DE PREPARARE :
  1. Se pune branza de vaci intr-un castron impreuna cu jumatate din cantitatea de zahar pudra si se amesteca pana se dizolva zaharul.
  2. Gelatina se dizolva in putina apa, apoi se amesteca cu branza, cu galbenusurile si cu albusurile batute spuma tare cu restul de zahar pudra.
  3. In functie de marimea tortului dorit, piscoturile se lasa intregi sau se taie pe jumatate.
  4. Crema de branza se pune in forma dorita, se lasa la racit, apoi se rastoarna pe un platou sau farfurie, iar de jur imprejur se imbraca in piscoturi si se orneaza cu bomboane decorative colorate.
Sfaturi practice :
Se recomanda ca, in final, tortul sa fie legat de jur imprejur cu bentita pentru a tine piscoturile lipite de crema, insiropandu-se astfel si acestea foarte putin.
